Our home had a lot of major plumbing problems when we bought it, and we went through a few plumbers before we found Edgar. He's been a godsend! Very honest, fair, and quick - By far the best plumber we've worked with and a top notch professional all around. He's done everything for us from major excavation for roots in lines under the house, replumbing and tiling of our shower, to installing toilets. He's also come out once and told us we didn't actually have a problem after all! Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Precise h2o plumbing are true experts! On monday, my house had a clog issue on the washer's waste pipe drain.I couldn't use water in any situation because the dirty water would come out from toilet and shower, so i call precise h2o plumbing and schedule me a quick appointment to check it out. Fast and courteous fixes! I highly recommend them!

Both toilets, shower and bathtubs were backing up with sewage. I decided to forego the normal delays experienced when filing a claim with my home warranty company who chgs ($100) deductible and can take up 48hrs to send out a plumber. My husband called Precise Plumbing because we had a good experience with them in the past. Mr. Rangel arrived within 1.5hrs and fixed our backed plumbing in less than an hour. I am still waiting for the home warranty company to respond.

Edgar is awesome! We can't say enough great things about him. We initially called him due to an issue that needed immediate assistance on the weekend and he came over within a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem at no charge and quoted us an exact price for the fix. The quote was a super reasonable price. In doing that repair he discovered a major plumbing problem we had and told us how much it would be to fix. We had him do the work and it went perfectly. He charges by the issue...not hourly...so if the job runs long, it's still the same price. We wouldn't use anyone else!

We were having a problem with our large shower draining. I found Precise H20 in the Yellow Pages on line. I chose them because he was in our area and his reviews were very good. He came out and gave us a bid, it was going to be a large job. The day they were going to show up and do the work, I called and told them I changed my mind-I just didn't understand what was going on. Edgar was so nice he said he really understood and that I should get a 2nd opinion -we talked for a few minutes and things became clearer, but hen he came out and took me step by step and gave me a complete "plumbing/drain" class until I understood. I am so happy with their work-clean, precise, professional and I know I got the best possible deal for the best job. Lorraine R

Edgar with Precise H20 Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the problem leak we had in our main water line. He was very professional and took off his shoes before coming into the house to look at another project to install a tank less hot water heater. We will be calling him back out when needed.

After several quotes and failed plumbers, i was a little skeptical and worried but they superseded my expectations. I was very impressed with Edgar’s great service. He responded to my call quickly, fixed my immediate issue of a clogged sewer line that evening so I could utilize my facilities that evening and for work the next morning. His crew was back at my house the very next morning to fix my busted sewer line. By the time I came home from work, it was completely finished. This included having to take my deck apart to get to the sewer line and putting it back in place. His prices are fair and reasonable and Edgar didn’t try to sell me on anything over and beyond what was needed.

This is the first time that I had to call a plumber for a problem with the house. He came an hour after I called him and gave all the options available for a slab leak repair. Great work and completed in 2 days. Professional and corteous service, will definitely call in future if need be!

Edgar has done plumbing jobs at my house for years and they have always been well done and fairly priced. Recently the cast iron pipes under the slab of my 60 year old house all needed replacement. It took about a week, and when finished, the excavation of dirt from under the house was totally replaced. A visitor to the house a couple of days later didn't believe the extent of work till I showed pictures because the yard was so totally cleaned up. All excavated dirt back under the house to preserve the foundation. I already trusted Edgar, now I add amazed by him and his crew.

Precise H2O Plumbing was one of 4 plumbers I called for an estimate in replacing my natural gas-water heater. I chose them because of Edgar's professionalism and experience. The fact he owns and operates his business keeps him competitive in pricing and his quality of work speaks for itself. When it comes to work around the house, I am very particular with who I hire, and I am glad I chose Precise H2O Plumbing. It is hard to find a safe and reliable plumber that won't just send an apprentice... and that is why I decided to write this review.

My husband and I had a number of plumbing projects that we wanted to cross off the to-do list before the arrival of our first child. We wanted a shower rough-in valve replaced, a trim kit and showerhead installed, a toilet that leaked around the base repaired, and a corroded sink drainpipe replaced. My husband and I are DIY-types, but we know when to call in the professionals. After getting an estimate from another company for $1400+, we called Edgar. He came out and gave us an estimate, and even pointed out where we could save money by removing the toilet and cutting the hole in the wall for the shower access ourselves, which we happily did. Edgar’s honesty and reasonable pricing meant that instead of paying $1400+ to the other guys, we were able to finish all our plumbing projects for under $500. Edgar and his assistant were prompt, polite, and went above and beyond in their service, to the point of replacing the old toilet shut-off valve at no charge when it started to leak during the reinstall. He stuck to the estimate he provided, even when he could have easily made a case for a higher charge! We’ve already recommended him to coworkers and family in the area, and Precise H2O Plumbing’s business card now has a permanent place on our fridge. We will call Edgar whenever we need any future professional plumbing work!

I called Precise H2O after feeling a hot spot on my floor. This would have been my second foundation leak so I was concern with how I allow to come fix it this time. After reading all Edgars great reviews I called him for a estimate. He came to my house and was very professional and I felt very comfortable. He arrived at my house on time a few days later and got the job done without alot of mess. I knew at that point I would be contacting Edgar for any plumbing problems I have going forward. Precise H2o Plumbing is Great! I found Edgar to be very professional, he gets the work done in a timely manner, he provides options and he speaks in terms you can understand. I got home yesterday afternoon to find water running from under the garage door. Yep, it was the water heater. Called a few places and left messages. I actually had a guy set to come out, but after talking to Edgar when he returned my phone call (within the hour) and giving me a ballpark figure of the cost of replacement- which I couldn't get anyone else to do- I cancelled that appointment. Edgar came to my house about 7:30 last night to look at what I'd need, and by 8:45 this morning, the new heater was installed. Fast, professional crew, and very fair in his pricing... I'll use Precise H2O again, no doubt!

Honest plumber!! He told us that the clog seemed to have cleared and he didn't feel comfortable performing extra work that may not be needed. He only charged the $49 service call. He even said if the clog comes back soon that he would waive the service fee on the next visit!!

I sent an email on Wed morning at 12:50 and I received a response by 6:30 am. Edgar came to my house today at noon. He assessed the problem and gave the most cost efficient resolution. He completed the repair by 1:30. I was very pleased and will use him again. Thanks Edgar!!!!

What a great company. I woke up this morning with water all over from the water heater. Now a few hours later, thanks to Edgar, the owner, I have a brand new water heater installed perfectly and at very fair price.
